uOwn Real Estate was founded by myself, Broker and Owner, Sean Frank. I didn't create uOwn in order to hire agents or manage an office. I founded uOwn to have complete control over my business and the ever-important relationships with my customers. While working with uOwn, you get quality and dedicated service directly from the Broker.

About Sean Frank

  • Native of Central Florida
  • Licensed real estate agent for nearly a decade
  • Graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Business Administration, emphasis in entrepreneurship
  • Experienced in real estate marketing & advertising,development, homeowners' associations, mortgages and residential real estate
  • Specialzing in single family homes, condominiums, high-rises and luxury homes
  • Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) with experience & knowledge regarding short sales and foreclosures
  • Member of Downtown Toastmasters
  • Member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and Orlando Regional Realtor Association

  • My philosophy is that I am a professional real estate consultant, not a sales person. No sale is as important as as my customer's best interest. Because I am here to help you, not 'sell' you, you will always feel comfortable and relaxed while working with me.

    • My business is run almost entirely electronic and paper-free.
    • I design & create all of my marketing materials, including this website, as well as all of the marketing and advertisements for my listings.
    • I am proficient with Microsoft and Mac, including The Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), the Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver) and so much more.

  • I make the best attempt to answer my phone every time I get a phone call. If I don't answer your call, I will return your call if you leave a voicemail.
