Added Fields

Original List Price, Previous List Price, Date of Last Price Change & List Date: All of these pieces of information are huge when it comes to analyzing a seller's motivation. Tuyers working with uOwn can see the aggressiveness of the price reductions in terms of price and time.

List Price per Square Foot (LP/Sqft or $/Sqft): This is the single most important figure that most buyers never see! By knowing how much a seller is asking per square foot, a buyer can quickly compare the price on multiple properties. Sure, you could do the math every time by dividing the square footage by the price, but only if you are working with a different company.

General Improvements

Better Looks: The gray-colored reports looked drab, so it was changed to include light-blue tones. Also, font changes were made that simply look better.

Better Organization: When you start looking through listing reports, you learn where to look for each detail on the report. Most of the default report is jumbled and unorganized.
