- Zillow - Research properties, find estimated market values, see lot layouts out and much more. One of my favorite real estate websites.
- Wikipedia - Find info on anything, but its particularly interesting to look up the facts, statistics and history on cities, counties, and other areas.
- Google Maps - View street maps and ariel views of properties that interest you. Go to 'Street View' and virtually drive through the neighborhood
- Yahoo Maps - In my opinion, this is less functional, but more accurate than Google Maps

- Bank Rate - Interest rate chart
- Zillow Mortgage Marketplace - An amazing chart for interest rates, a detailed as the hour
- A.M. Best - Founded in 1899, this independent firm analyzes and reviews the creditworthiness/stability of companies in the banking & insurance industry.
- Orlando Skyscrapers - Not very up-to-date, but still a very cool site to learn about Orlando's skyscrapers completed, under construction and proposed.
- Downtown Orlando - Find out what's going on in the City's center.

- HUD (Housing and Urban Development) - Tons of resources for buyers and sellers, from general information to the complex. Also has info about FHA loans.
- US Census Bureau - Learn about population, housing, income, and other statistics by area.
- EPA: Lead Info - Homes built before 1978 may have lead-base paint. Learn the risks.
- Flood Smart - Check your flood risk and get insurance information.
County Property Appraisers (find property taxes, zoning, lot maps, sales history and more)
County Public Schools (zoning, school grades and more)
