Before I met Sean Frank, I had been trying to sell my house for four months with another Realtor. That Realtor at the time told me I needed to drop the price of my house by $25,000 if I wanted it to sell. He tried to pressure me into make that huge price reduction, so I fired him. I then found Sean Frank while searching through the internet.

Sean listed my house at the same list price as I had with the other agent. He sold it in 7 days! If I had listened to the other Realtor, I would have lost $25,000. By working with Sean, I got a full price offer. I attribute the fast sale to Sean's attention and detail to the photos and marketing of my home. It was a great relief to find a Realtor that works hard and ethically. He saved me $25,000!

I first met Sean Frank when I was looking at an MLS listing online. I saw this one townhouse online and I was extremely eager to see it. I called many agents who were listed on the site, but soon became impatient when I could not get in touch with any of them. It was a Sunday, typically a non busy day for realestate, so I figured I had no choice but to wait until the next day. Sean Frank was the only agent who actually called me back, and he offered to show me the townhouse immediately. As a first-time home buyer, I was very unsure of what to expect in regards to loan qualifications, market values, and hidden fees. I arrived anxious but excited, and was pleased to find a professional and prepared real estate agent waiting for me. I immediately began asking him a million questions and I began to realized how knowledgeable, motivated, and experienced he really was. After working with Mr. Frank to find the best real estate purchase for me (30 houses and 2 months later), I realized how fortunate I was to have met him. He intently considered all of my wants and needs, carefully selecting those properties that would be best for me and guiding me away from those that would not be in my best interest, even if they were a higher commission for him. Sean worked with my loan agent and my parents to develop the best plan of action for me once the purchase contract was accepted. This was a difficult and tedious process, with lending institutions wanting more and more before giving out loans. Sean proved to be patient, trustworthy, hard working, efficient, highly professional, dedicated and overall provided me with excellent service. He did all he could to put me at ease during the first -time home buyer process, and he continued to assist me with getting answers about tax information, renovation contractors, and HOA rules and regulations as they are governed by Florida law.

I was so impressed with Sean's professional abilities and full-time commitment that he is now listing my parents condo, which is also located in Orlando. He serves both the best interest of both the buyer and the seller, and he is consistent with his communication either via email or telephone. Our first home buying experience was great, all thanks to Sean Frank. He truly listened and understood want we were looking for in a house. This was especially important to us since we were purchasing a house from out-of-state. Sean worked extra hard to find us the perfect home. He viewed a number of houses for us, took tons of pictures, and gave us an honest opinion of them. We trusted Sean and his opinion so much that we put in an offer without actually seeing the house in person. Through the entire process, Sean was knowledgeable and able to offer suggestions on how to get the house that we wanted for the price we wanted to spend. During the closing process, we had some hiccups with the underwriter and mortgage broker. Sean went above and beyond by encouraging the underwriter and broker to get things done in time for our closing date, and he constantly kept us informed. We really couldn’t have been more pleased with Sean or our new house (which was appraised 20,000 over our purchase price!) When it is time to purchase another house, we will definitely be contacting Sean again.

Sean is precise, does his research, gets what the client is about in no time, and doesn't waste your time with properties not likely to be a fit. He provides supporting info ranging from school ratings to property taxes and financial calculations. He is a business professional and real estate professional and understands trends in the market for your benefit. He knows the Orlando area and works tirelessly for the buyer/seller. We worked together for months before my ideal property was identified and closed on and we are working together again now, one year later. I even asked him to help me in my hometown in Miami!
